Things You Should Know About Laser Jet Printer

Purification of a laser printer can solve minor problems, in order to maintain the print quality and extend periods between professional cleaning. Clean your printer if the print quality or toner cartridges. 

Cleaning the housing 
Step 1 
Collect the supplies you need: a soft cloth and plastic cleaner. (Water is good in most cases.) 

Step 2 
Check the printer manual. If the manufacturer to the specific instructions, follow them. 

Step 3 
Turn off the printer. 

Step 4 
Dampen a cloth with water or detergents. 

Step 5 
The exterior of the printer, so that no liquid gets into the interior. 

Manually cleaning the printer 
Step 1 
Remove the printer from the increase in the suppressor. 

Step 2 
Remove the internal paper trays. 

Step 3 
Remove the cartridge and place it on a piece of paper.

Step 7 
Clean the rollers, but do not touch the sponge roller. 

Step 8 
Replace the toner cartridge. 

Initiating Automatic cleaning with printer software 
Step 1 
Open, open the printer software by double-clicking on the icon of a printer or a specific printer utility program 
or a document and then choose Print from the File menu. 

Step 2 
In the printer software looking for an Options button, troubleshooting, tool, tools, or the like. (This varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.) 

Step 3 
Follow the instructions on the screen. 

Step 4 
Repeat the cleaning process if the results are not satisfactory.
